Historique :	Le monument de cette princesse, dont le premier mari avait été tué à la bataille de Crécy, provient de l'église des Jacobins de Paris. Cette statue, qui est attribuée à Jean de Liège, présente de grands rapports de style avec celles qui décorent la cheminée de la grande salle du palais de justice de Poitiers. Beatrix de Bourbon (1320/1323-1383) était membre de la maison des Bourbons,fille cadette de Louis Ier de Bourbon, elle épouse Jean de Luxembourg, roi de Bohême et devient reine de Bohême et comtesse du Luxembourg.
