Historique :	Honoré Jean Aristide Husson est né à Paris le 1er juillet 1803 et est décédé le 30 juillet 1863 à Meudon. Sculpteur académique français. Élève de David d'Angers, il obtient le Prix de Rome en 1830. De retour à Paris, il expose à partir de 1837 et son style académique lui permet d'obtenir une médaille de 2e classe en 1837 et de première classe en 1848. Sculpteur officiel, il bénéficia de nombreuses commandes de l'État.
